01号：李扬——爱岗敬业

李扬，年7月毕业于沈阳理工大学，同年9月遴选为铁岭县第一批选调生。9年来，先后经历了腰堡镇组织办、企业办，政府办综合股、秘书股、督查室等五个工作岗位，现任政府督查室主任。

目前主要负责政务督查工作、建议提案办理工作、民生工作和分管农业副县长的文字材料撰写与秘书服务工作。

年初以来，先后督办了防火防汛、退荒还林、项目开（复）工、校车安全、沈四动迁、招商引资、机关纪律、农村环境治理、信访积案化解、向上争取资金、十件民生实事等35项县政府重点工作，累计下发《督查通知单》39份，印发《督查专报》50期。目前收到和执行县长批示件95件，协调落实常务会议、专题会议工作部署43期。同时，承办市政府督查事项80余件，累计向省、市政府报送我县各方面工作进展余次。特别是在年度铁岭市政府系统督查工作绩效考核评比中排名第一。

全年共向人大、政协领导及其常委会报告建议、提案办理情况6次；协调安排人大、政协领导视察政府工作9次；并积极做好每年“两会”期间人大代表建议和政协提案的收集、整理、交办工作，以及人代会上“代表建议立即答复”的材料撰写工作。全年累计办理省、市、县人大代表建议63件、政协提案96件，答复率和见面率实现%，落实率达到65%以上，代表委员满意率超过98%。年闭会期间共接到人大、政协《社情民意报告》34件，均给予妥善落实。特别是在年度铁岭市政府系统建议提案办理工作绩效考核评比中排名第一。

严格按照月督办、季汇总、年考核制度，认真抓好我县年“十件民生实事”的督办工作，以及市政府分解给我县的民生工作任务得以顺利实施。截至目前，共印发民生工作专题通报11期，接待上级政府关于民生工作的检查调研7次。目前正在征求各方意见，近期形成铁岭县年民生工作调研报告。特别是在年度铁岭市政府民生工作绩效考核评比中排名第一。

年初以来，高质量完成陈敬满副县长的讲话提纲、会议纪要、工作总结等相关材料30余篇，协调安排农口各类办公会议50余次，陪同农业副县长下乡调研、外出考察19次。特别是在近期的精准扶贫工作中，该同志吃住在乡镇，对白旗寨乡大河西村的48户、人进行挨门逐户的走访、交谈，形成了图文并茂、真实详尽的村情、民情摸底调查报告。

02号：李新博——爱岗敬业

李新博同志于年通过国家公务员考试考入县法院，之后一直扎根在基层法庭工作至今，先后担任蔡牛法庭书记员，助理审判员，李千户法庭审判员，副庭长。

其在蔡牛工作的第一年度，在只有一名庭长，一名书记员，一名速录员的条件下，协助庭长全年办理民事案件及执行案件件，并于该年在全院书记员技能比赛荣获第一名。此后连续多年被评为优秀公务员、先进工作者、诉调对接先进个人等荣誉称号。

在被任命为助理审判员至今，李新博同志每年办理案件数量均在全院名列前茅。李新博同志深知，执行是全党全社会
